Stanley Poh is a dedicated community leader and accomplished entrepreneur, combining business acumen with a deep passion for social good. As the founder of a successful interior furnishing business established in 2007, he balances strong leadership with a deep commitment to community service. He was deeply involved in problem gambling recovery, assisting individuals with debt restructuring to help them overcome addiction and rebuild their lives since 2011. He is currently a volunteer with the Prison Incare Ministry, where he shares and preaches Christianity to inmates.

Currently, Stanley serves as Chairman of Ascending Hope, where he steers the organisation's strategic goals and ensures effective management of funds and resources. His leadership focuses on maximising long-term social impact to meet the needs of the communities served. At Ascending Hope, Stanley actively participates in initiatives, offering hands-on support through befriending and counselling.

Beyond his leadership roles, Stanley is devoted to personal growth and spiritual service. He serves as a deacon in Eternal Grace Assembly, providing spiritual guidance and mentorship, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Theology.
