Eva was appointed as Executive Director in 2023. She significantly expanded the Food For Hope programmes with a focus on CSR partnerships and effective manpower expansion. This resulted in a remarkable growth of 265% in impact delivery and over 300% increase in new donors.

Eva has dedicated over a decade to meaningful volunteerism. She led the Food For Hope branding initiative when she was a volunteer with Ascending Hope. At Willing Hearts, she helped prepare and deliver meals to those in need across the island. Her entrepreneurial ventures in China focused on second chances, hiring ex-offenders and leading CSR initiatives for children in poverty-stricken areas. With Income Insurance Ltd., she organised impactful CSR events, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the corporate sector.

Eva is actively working to position Ascending Hope as a community connector. She aims to forge strong collaborations between partners, resources, and communities to create sustainable impact. Her leadership has driven improved operational efficiency, strengthened support systems, innovation in programme delivery and resource allocation.
