Ascending Hope Community Services was founded in 2016 with the purpose to help those with problem gambling issues. Over the years, we have expanded our social services to support the needy and underprivileged in Singapore, offering assistance in food rationing, food distribution, free tuition, free haircuts for the elderly, home refurbishing, single mom support, and befriender program for isolated elderly individuals. We are dedicated to empowering those in need and ensuring that the underprivileged are not left behind.

Our Beginning

Rev. Richard Seah, an experienced counsellor for problem gambling, has been actively serving and helping individuals overcome their gambling addictions for more than 10 years. He founded Ascending Hope Community Services to be a place where problem gamblers can embark on addiction recovery, be inspired, learn new skills, overcome their challenges, and start afresh.
